Refund policy

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

All full priced items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel. This is extended out to 21 days for remote country areas and International parcels.

We do not provide refunds * (see when we will accept refunds below). For more information please check our refund & exchange policy HERE.

No returns on sale items (50% off or more) We do accept returns on normal sale items. Items that are 50% off or more are not eligible for a return as they are FINAL SALE. Any sale items that go below $35 are also not eligible for a return for change of mind/size. If an item is returned a $8 handling and processing fee will apply. This will be taken off your credit.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

In order to receive your refund you must meet the following conditions
The item must be received back within 14 days of you receiving your parcel. This is extended to 21 days for International parcels and remote country areas.
Must be a full priced item
Sale items are able to be returned as long as they are not 50% off or more
New and Unworn
Original swing tags attached
No make up or fake tan marks
Not smell or perfume or deodorant
Complete the returns card that came with your order
Please do not write RTS (Return to Sender) on parcels as Australia Post will charge our account for your return. If this happens the postage fee will be taken off your refund
We inspect all return items and any returns that fail to comply with the above conditions will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense. Postage will be paid by the customer.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Sale items that are 50% off or more or fall below $35 as these are a final sale
Swimwear
Earrings
Undergarments (bras, bodysuits) - for Health and Safety reasons
Any items that fail to comply with the above return conditions

Faults
If you have received your garment with a fault or received the incorrect garment please contact us at: white_arrow_boutique@outlook.com with pictures of the fault within 48hrs of receiving your garment/s. Once your email has been received and assessed, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item. Please note - All orders are inspected thoroughly for faults before dispatch by our QC team
International Returns
- All returns to be received by our warehouse within 14 days of your return being authorised.
- International returns will be issued with a store credit once received back to our office.
- White Arrow Boutique do not cover the cost of returns
- We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, as White Arrow Boutique is not responsible if your return goes missing in delivery

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
If you have sent your parcel back and have not yet received a refund please follow these steps
1. Enter your tracking number on the Australia Post website.

If your tracking says that it has arrived please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be emailed over to the nominated email address at the time you placed the order.

2. Check your junk/spam folder incase it has gone there
3. If you still cant find it and its been more than 5 business days since your parcel arrived, please email us and a customer service representative will look into it for you

REFUNDS *
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, White Arrow Boutique is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change you mind.
If there is a major fault with your item we will first attempt to replace or repair the item. If this is not possible then we will offer you a exchange/refund. The outcome of a refund is at White Arrow Boutique discretion.
If the item was purchased using a Gift Card, the amount will be credited back to the gift card and not refunded.
